The Ma’u:sh’ Hoye'to’ EMS Training Center, also referred to as Black Oak EMS Training Center is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of all applicants, students, and program participants.

The Ma’u:sh’ EMS Training Center operates in partnership with the Tuolumne Band of Me-Wuk Indians (TMTC), Black Oak Casino Resort (BOCR), and the Tuolumne Economic Development Authority (TEDA). Personal information may be shared only with authorized personnel within these entities when necessary to administer, support, or evaluate the EMS training program or to fulfill employment, educational, compliance, or reporting requirements directly related to the program.

Information collected during the enrollment process is used solely for purposes directly related to program administration, including determining eligibility, processing enrollment, maintaining student records, communicating program information, verifying certifications, meeting accreditation or licensing requirements, and complying with applicable tribal, state, and federal laws and regulations. We will not disclose, use, give or sell any personal information to third parties for any purpose other than to suppliers and other third parties in order to deliver services on our behalf or unless required to do so by law. Furthermore, we reserve the right to contact you regarding matters relevant to the underlying service provided and /or the information we collect.

The Ma’u:sh’ EMS Training Center understands that no system can guarantee the complete security of your information, we take all commercially reasonable steps to ensure your information is protected in alignment with all applicable laws and regulations, as appropriate to the sensitivity of your information.
